Nathan Bamford
Wedding Videographer

I have been making professional wedding films since 2006. Showing a few samples to prospective clients at wedding fayres meant that the business soon took off.
Making wedding films is a passion more than a job – this means that every film I produce is a labour of love, and I work many hours in the editing suite to craft the perfect finished product.

Frequently Asked Questions
You're so much cheaper than other videographers offering a similar kind of package. Why is this?
I keep my costs low. I don’t employ a second videographer, and I don’t purchase equipment that will stop me from being unobtrusive. This means that I don’t use drones or camera cranes or anything like that. But as you’ll see from my video footage, I don’t need to!
You work alone. Won't we need two videographers?
Not if you book me! I use two cameras for the ceremony, speeches and first dance and capture the rest of the day from many angles to ensure everything is covered. Having two videographers at your wedding is simply not necessary given the way I work.
There are other factors involved, too. Booking two videographers really increases the package cost and I like to keep my price as reasonable as possible. Also, I pride myself on being unobtrusive and having two videographers at the wedding means that would be much harder to achieve! The final element is style – my films have a certain cinematic look to them because of the way I film them, which would not match up to the footage of a second, and most likely amateur videographer.
Do you use any sound from the day on the video?
I use all of the natural sound for the ceremony, speeches and first dance. For the ceremony I place a small lapel mic on the groom (hidden behind the buttonhole) which picks up both of the bride and groom’s vows perfectly on the video. It is not a live mic and so won’t have any affect on the day. It is also well hidden so that nobody should notice it!
Can we choose our own music for the video?
Absolutely. I ask for five songs for the finished video, and these can be any songs you wish – it’s your wedding video after all and should be personal to you. I also give you the option of choosing the specific song for your highlights film if you prefer.
How do we make a booking?
Please check my availability by filling out the quick availability form. Then as long as I’m available for your wedding date I simply require you to complete a brief online booking form and pay a £95 deposit.
The process is quick and painless – it’s possible to book me as your videographer within a matter of minutes if you so wish!
